I Made a Feature Film | Jit
Jun 28, 2025
You guys may or may not have noticed that I have not posted too much the past two weeks. That is because I have been working on the rollout for my new movie, Jit.
This documentary is my debut feature and I'm so excited for you guys to see it. The film explores the underground rap scene of my hometown, West Palm Beach. I filmed this group of teens for 3 years and grew up alongside them. Never have I met a group of more welcoming and accepting people than I did when I started this project when I was 17.
My first day of filming back in April, 2021 is actually when I met Tino and we shortly became good friends. Tino is actually one of the main "characters of this movie and it serves as sort of an origin story for any of you Tino-heads.

About a year later, while filming, I also met Floodgate for the first time. I think the first time we ever bonded was one night while at a music video shoot we watched an old man solicit a prostitute in front of a Kwik Stop. In 2023, the two of us wrote a magazine together called Grunge is Dead, named after our friend Evan's brand. This is where we realized we work well as a team and can write efficiently too.
As time went on, the three of us started to do video skits and little short films together. I would continue filming the movie until May 2024 and at that point I had 3 terabytes of footage.

I spent a long time planning the structure of Jit and worked tirelessly to edit the movie. I could not be more proud of the end result and am very excited for you guys, my Sadprt family, to watch it. It is safe to say that I would not be on the Sadprt team if I had never started this project.
Anyway, I'm not one for sentimentality, so Jit is out now for free at jit.movie and on YouTube. There are also some Jit T-shirts at clownass.org if you're interested. I hope you guys enjoy the movie. - Jack
